(a) This is the monthly subscription to the International Home Association Business Entreprenuers newsletter and website. We highly recommend if you are serious about building your income, that you choose to place your monthly payment on an automatic deduction on or around the 10th of the month. If you fail to make this payment before the last day of any month, you will forfeit all your income for that month. That is where SFI will get the money to make everyone's monthly income payments. (b) This is the monthly adverting budget.
There are thousands of newspapers you have available through the Advertising Agency's website at the #4 link above that cost under $25.00. Just select your own monthly budget. Make sure it is an amount that you can faithfully and comfortably pay for each month, month in and month out. This is the single most important part of this 15 month income building plan. You must let a massive amount of people know that YOU WANT THEM ON YOUR TEAM!
We strongly recommend placing at least 1 ad per month. If you want to place more then one, that's even better. A good strategy would be to place an ad each week in the same newspaper over the month for say $6.00 each. Keep in mind the reason most people fail in network marketing is they don't build enough momentum in sponsoring, over an extended period of time, like 15 months. If you had to personally talk to 1000 people per month for 15 months, and tell them how they can earn $150,000+ per year by following 5 simple steps, you probably will not do it. No matter how much money you can expect earn at the end. The average person can not take the rejection necessary to tell that to 15,000 people. By placing cheap classified ads, they do all the telling for you. When people read your ad in their newspaper, its just like you telling them personally. Set your monthly budget, and stick to it! That's less then the cost of a cup of weak coffee and a stale donut per day! Most people in America loose that much in pocket change in a month. Look at the total for the 15 months, of $824.25. Think of how many things you have purchased for around that amount in your lifetime. Where are those things now? How much are they contributing to the quality of your family life, today? Think of how many people go to college and pay ten's of thousands of dollars, and don't even earn $30,000 per year! That $824.25 is peanuts for the return you will receive in annual income, for the REST OF YOUR LIFE!
(d) This is where the SFI monthly income compensation plan starts, the Executive Bonus.
It is a payment you are GUARANTEED to receive each month you are an Executive Affiliate and meet your purchase requirement of 10 SVP, or Sales Volume Points. The IAHBE, meets that requirement. If you purchase other products, you must make sure they are over 10 SVP to qualify for all the compensation in this program. To get an explanation of how this works, register above and click this link . For the purpose of the above example, we used the lowest Executive Bonus a person can receive a month of $9.00. This bonus has gone as high as $11.00 for some affiliates in the past year. It is based on the average purchases of all the people that joined SFI after the day you joined. This list is called your Powerline Team. When you register as an affiliate, every day for the 1st 30 days, you will receive an email notification showing you how many people joined SFI the previous day. All these people and others will determine your actual Executive Bonus amount. You must at least upgrade to Executive Affiliate within the first 30 days to benefit from these Powerline Team affiliate's purchases, or your Powerline Team numbers will go back to ZERO!
Basically in a nutshell, SFI takes all the revenue that is generated from this group of people, and divide it by the number of people in the group. The more your Powerline Team purchase in a month, the bigger the average purchase amount will be. That's why its different for every affiliate, but it will never be less then $9.00, since the minimum monthly purchase requirement is $29.95, and that amount will produce a $9.00 Executive Bonus per person, GUARANTEED! (e) This is the accumulated Executive Bonus income year-to-date.
Basically, the Executive Bonus is GUARANTEED to return no less than 1/3 of your product purchase amount back to you each month. This column reflects your accumulated amounts, so far.
(f) This is the number of Executive Affiliates you will sponsor personally each month when you consistently place ads each month.
Keep in mind, the above example is just that, and EXAMPLE. We wanted to show the MINIMUMS for all activities and payments. If you use our above ad, and religiously place at least 1 ad per month, over the 15 months you should average over 1 "active" Executive Affiliate per month. Another thing, signing up in SFI is FREE! Non-paying FREE affiliates, or even non-advertising affiliates, do not count. You might sponsor 50 FREE affiliates to get 1 faithfully and consistently paying and advertising Executive Affiliate who will complete this plan. DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED if your FREE affiliates do not upgrade. DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED if an Executive Affiliate stops paying and/or advertising!
Expect that this will happen, since most people that join this plan, will not upgrade, and many who do upgrade will drop out along the way. Why will they drop out? The same reason that most people who read your ad or visit your website will not join in the first place...THEY HAVE A NEGATIVE IMAGE OF THEMSELVES! They don't believe something like this will work for them. It only works for other people to make them wealthy. So, when they don't see immediate results in a few months, even though we made it plain in the ab0ve chart how the money will flow, it only confirms what they believed from the beginning! As a result, they quit making their IAHBE payment and quit advertising. As one wise proverb states, "The gold does not always go to the quickest or the mighty. The gold goes to the person that is there in the end to receive it!" Persistence pays!
(g) This is the accumulated number of personally sponsored Executive Affiliates year-to-date.
Each person you sponsor will have a personal level 1 downline. That is where all the people and product purchases will come from. You will get paid an override commission from each of those 15 people you personally sponsor in the above example. Plus, you will get paid again, on their level 1 affiliates, and this income repeats through 7 generations or levels. Its liken to Adam an Eve. You are both Adam and Eve in one. When you "produce" 15 offspring from your advertising, those 15 affiliates are your 1st generation of "children". When, your 15 affiliates advertise and "produce" 15 of their own 1st generation of "children", these your 2nd generation 15 become your "grand children". Then your 15 2nd generation "grand children" will advertise and produce yet another 15 more affiliates, resulting in your 3rd generation who become your "great grand children". All this reproduction and DUPLICATION from advertising will go through 7 generations under you, like great, great, great, great, great, great grand children. This multiplying downline income producing aspect is another reason why your income will grow so fast, and this duplication aspect will make this income solid for your future! When everyone in your downline is advertising monthly, its like you are advertising monthly that many times, since you will benefit for all their advertising efforts.
Every one of these people will come in SFI and make monthly product purchases, because YOU joined and place one classified ad per month faithfully and consistently over 15 months! That's why you get paid the lion share of the revenue that those people produce for the company. If it had not been for you joining and advertising for affiliates, SFI would not be receiving all this revenue from product purchases! Each one of those eventual, 16,384 affiliates has to start this process for themselves to earn their own income, but you will get paid a percentage for introducing the whole "family" to SFI! THAT IS WHAT WILL MAKE YOU WEALTHY!
(h) This is the second part of the SFI monthly income compensation plan, the Executive Match.
Remember at (d) above, we talked about the Executive Bonus that every affiliate receives back, monthly? Well, when you personally sponsor an Executive Affiliate on your 1st level or generation, SFI will pay you a direct payment for advertising to find this person. Sort of like an upfront finders fee. The first month they are an EA, the compensation to you will be 100 percent of their own Executive Bonus payment. In other words, you will receive a MATCH of their Executive Bonus pay for the first month. If their personal Powerline Team produced a $9.00 payment to them, you will receive a matching $9.00 payment. If their personal Powerline Team paid a $11.00 payment to them, you will receive a matching $11.00 payment.
So, since you are sponsoring 1 EA per month in the above illustration, we are showing you the minimum Executive Match payment of $9.00 each month for each of those 15 Executive Affiliates you found through your classified advertising in the 15 months. Each Executive Affiliate is limited to 1 personal Executive Bonus payment amount in a month. However, since there is no limit to the number of people you can sponsor each month from your classified ads, there is no limit to the number of Executive Matches you can receive each month. The only requirement is, you must personally be an Executive Affiliate in the same month the payments are earned, to receive this and all other compensation you generate from your advertising investments.
But wait! There is a better part that we didn't include in the above example, concerning the Executive Match compensation. When you sponsor 2 or more Executive Affiliates in the same month, beginning with the 2nd one onward, you will receive a whopping 200% Executive Match, instead of the 100% for the 1st one in a month. So if this 2nd new Executive Affiliate receives a $9.00 Executive Bonus, you as their sponsor will receive $18.00 as an Executive Match! Again, there is no limit beyond the 1st EA in a month you can sponsor, so there is no limit to the number of 200% Executive Matches you can receive after the first 100% payment. (i) This shows the year-to-date accumulated income for the Executive Match.
Basically, what SFI is doing in the first few months, is helping you cover the cost of your advertising to find these new Executive Affiliates. This is by no means lifestyle changing money, but when people get a check, it become real to them. They are motivated to continue advertising to get even bigger checks. That bring in even more people. When your prospects look at your website, especially the "PLAIN AS DAY" table above, they will have the same response to it as you had, "This Money Can't Be Real!" When they start with the "blind faith" that we ask for, and within the second month they start to receive income from it, then it become real, and their faith is built up a bit. The more they earn, the higher their belief level will go. It's human nature! They start to build their dreams of a better life in the near future.
(j) This is the third part of the SFI monthly income compensation plan, the Executive Match RESIDUALS.
Residual is a fancy word for "earning more money for something you did in the past"! Most people are familiar with interest and dividends. You work hard and save money from your earnings. Then, that money you saved go to work for you and earn interest or dividends when you invest it. Movie stars and musicians call this income, royalties. They do a movie or record a song, and every time that movie is shown again, or that song is replayed, they get paid again and again. Well, this Executive Match residual compensation works the same way. When you place classified ads to find a person to sponsor as an Executive Affiliate, it takes efforts, time, and most of all, money!
As we mentioned at (h) above, you receive either 100% or 200% of each person's Executive Bonus, the first month they join your downline as a Executive Match. That is a single, one-time payment. The residual aspect of the compensation plan pays a 50% on-going income, royalty or dividend, so to speak. Each and every month this Executive Affiliate remains active, you will receive one-half of his monthly Executive Bonus payment. When his payment goes up, because the average purchase in his Powerline Team went up, you will receive 50% of the higher amount. If it goes down, you will correspondingly receive 50% of the lower amount. But, it will never go below $4.50, or 50% of the minimum $9.00 Executive Bonus amount. That why we used the lowest possible amount in our above example.
As you can see, it has a accumulating income or MULTIPLICATION effect. If you sponsored 10 Executive Affiliates your first month of placing classified ads, you would start in the 2nd month with $45.00 in residuals just for those first 10. If you sponsored another 10 the next month, beginning their 2nd month or the 3rd month for this illustration, your Executive Match residuals will double to $90.00 per month. That process would continue and be added to the NEW MONEY you receive for advertising and sponsoring new Executive Affiliates in the new months. This is where the POWER IN MULTIPLICATION or compounding your monthly income starts! More on that later.
(k) This column is the combination of all the monthly income generated, so far.
We are taking your one-time monthly GUARANTEED Executive Bonus (d) of $9.00 and adding the minimum 100% Executive Match (h) amount for sponsoring 1 Executive Affiliate of $9.00, each month. Then, we are adding the compounding feature of the 50% each Executive Affiliates residual Executive Match (j), beginning with their second month. It starts the second month, because you received the Executive Match of either 100% or 200% in their first month.
(l) This shows the accumulated income year-to-date.
Compare that column with the (c) accumulated out of the pocket costs column on the 15th month. There is less then a $100 difference. Keep in mind that the cost are a fixed and predictable amount. The accumulated earnings, however are unpredictable and not fixed, so it could just as easily double or triple the figures shown at this point. But, even if it was a fraction of the amount shown, you can see the obvious income growth pattern resulting from you faithfully and consistently advertising to find your next Executive Affiliate.
(m) This is the promotion level you are at currently.
Everyone starts out as an Executive Affiliate when they make their first product purchase. To qualify for the first promotion to Bronze Team Leader, you must personally sponsor just 5 Executive Affiliates. To qualify for Silver Team Leader, you must sponsor 10 Executive Affiliates. Become a Gold Team Leader with 20 Executive Affiliates, and finally be a Platinum Team Leader when you have advertised and personally sponsored 40 Executive Affiliates on your first level. If you fail to maintain your current number of Executive Affiliates, you will automatically drop down to the next qualified level the following month. By faithfully and consistently placing cheap classified ads, you should never go backwards!
(n) This is the final, but certainly not the least important part of the SFI monthly income compensation plan, Team Match.
Once you qualify to become a Bronze Team Leader, SFI will add this 4th compensation stream. Remember, earlier we said at (h), you got paid an Executive Match for every personally sponsored Executive Affiliate you advertised to find for your first level? Well, Team Match is similar, with one exciting difference. You are paid 8% of the Executive Bonus of each Executive Affiliates you personally sponsor. But not only those you personally sponsor, but EVERY EXECUTIVE AFFILIATE IN YOUR ENTIRE 7-LEVEL DOWNLINE!
With Team Match, it doesn't matter who sponsored the Executive Affiliate. This is your entire downline team or "family"! They are all here in SFI because you joined and faithfully and consistently placed classified ads to get it all started. When we use the minimum Powerline Team Executive Bonus of $9.00, 8% of that amount will add up to 72 cents per month for every Executive Affiliate in your 7-level downline. (You actually can get Team Matches beyond the 7th level, with an income building feature called dynamic compression. That happens when someone lose their EA status, and their entire downline "compress" into the upline.)
(o) This column is the growth of your entire downline organization. Go back and look at our example above again. You personally sponsored a total of 15 Executive Affiliates in the first 15 months. What do you think those 15 Executive Affiliates want from this plan? They each want the $150,000 annual income, too! So they will DUPLICATE this system for themselves to upgrade to Executive Affiliate and place cheap classified ads to find their own Executive Affiliates to sponsor to earn that money. They will follow the 5 steps, just like you are doing. Using the minimum of 1 Executive Affiliate per month sponsoring rate for everyone on all levels, over the 15 months your downline will easily have over 16,384 total Executive Affiliates! On the average, after about 4 to 6 months, it should basically double every month or so. (p) This shows the number of Executive Affiliates in your 7 level downline multiplied by the .72 minimum Team Match.
This column is what makes Network Marketing with SFI Marketing Group so powerful as a business model. Because of you joining SFI, and faithfully and consistently advertising your website like this, all these people joined and are paying the company the minimum of $29.95 monthly. For your faithful and consistent work, as a monthly compensation, you will receive a small portion of all this revenue, not just those you personally found to sponsor. You receive no Team Matches for the first 5 months, because you did not have 5 personally sponsored Executive Affiliates to qualify to become a Team Leader. (A wise business decision would be to make the investment to sponsor 5 Executive Affiliates in your first month. That will be enable you to multiply these income number by 5 in each progressive month.)
(q) This adds up all 4 parts of the SFI monthly income compensation plan.
It totals the monthly personal Executive Bonus, the one-time 100% or 200% each personal Executive Affiliate Executive Match, the monthly 50% personal Executive Affiliates residual aspect of their Executive Match, and finally the monthly 8% per downline Executive Affiliate residual aspect of the Team Match.
(r) Finally, this is the year to date summary of all your earnings accumulated over the 15 months.
This sums it all up. This chart is an example of what can and will happen when you follow our 5 steps faithfully each month. What do you need to check it out for yourself. A little blind faith for a few months, and a few dollars per day!
This chart can actually be duplicated to be personalized based on your actual advertising and sponsoring results. The Roc Group, has composed these columns and figures from our own personal income building results. Over our first year, we are just short of the targets above. It has been a learning curve first year for us. We had no doubt that SFI offered a sound business opportunity.
The only thing we had to do was to personalize a marketing strategy that would work for the masses. Over the year we came to the conclusion that advertising specifically for people who understand that to be successful, they too must personally faithfully and consistently advertise their business to succeed. They also must upgrade to Executive Affiliate in their first month, to make the real money that SFI offers. Those two things has proven to be the "silver bullet" that we discovered in the last few months of 2007.
Even, though by doing most of the advertising for our downline from the beginning in November 2006, we had tremendous success by building our 7-level downline to 8,000 affiliates, and had over 402 of them to upgrade at least one month by our 12th month. But, as we mentioned above, most of these 8000 affiliates did not understand that they had to PERSONALLY do something to make their business grow, and they did not understand that the money was not instant the first month they were affiliated with SFI.
Let's Summarize: As you can see, there is very little money you will earn in the beginning months. According to Network Marketing industry statistics, 95 percent of the people who start a network marketing plan, will drop out within 6 months. New affiliates will start advertising and making their monthly product purchase, only to get discouraged when they don't see immediate results. The reason for this we have found in our first 12 months in SFI, is IGNORANCE. They have too many high expectations, without giving enough time and financial commitment for it to work. The Roc Group put together the above illustration for every prospective affiliate that is looking to get started to have REALISTIC early months income expectations, and get a full view of the "seed money" necessary to build an income of $150,000 per year in the first 15 months. Your prospective affiliates will know what the future holds for them, only if they keep doing what is necessary to earn the money, by making their monthly product purchase, and submitting their monthly classified advertising message. Just like a job, the only place money comes before work, is in the dictionary!
